摘　　要：目的 :探讨不孕症的影响因素。方法 :回顾分析 2 0 0 0年 5月 2 0 0 3年 3月 313例进行IVF ET周期中不孕症患者的诱发因素。结果 :原发不孕主要为输卵管因素所致 ,继发不孕输卵管因素亦为主要因素 ,且人流和输卵管妊娠术后为最主要诱因。结论 :加强普及性和生殖健康教育是减少不孕症发病率的重要措施。Objective:To investigate the clinical factors of infertility.Methods: Three hundred thirteen cases of infertility in IVF-ET cycles from 1st May 2000 to 31st March 2003 were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The disorder of fallopian tubes was the main cause of infertility.Conclusion: Popularization of sexual and reproductive healthy educations is an important measure of declining the incidence of infertility.
