摘　　要：总结中国竞技体育自步入"奥运模式"后,经过20年来的努力获得巨大进步的原因,从科学管理上提出的五大管理对策是中国竞技体育取得成功的主要原因。着重论述了这五大管理对策的具体内容与实施方式。This paper summarized the main reasons of the big advancement of the Chinese competitive sports over the 20 years after the 'Olympic Mode' was adopted. It also expatriated the contents and execution of these five strategies.
