论我国体育产业发展中的制度约束与制度创新

摘　　要：通过分析国内外体育产业的产生发展过程,论证体育产业的发展必须依靠制度创新。当前我国体育产业受到多方面的制度约束,我国体育产业制度创新的基本内容是建立政府与市场的作用互补机制;通过健全体育产业法律法规体系,创新"归属清晰、权责明确、保护严格、流转顺畅"的现代体育产业产权制度、良性运行的体育产业融资制度,以及以发展体育高科技为对象的体育产业科技制度,逐步形成市场化的资源配置机制。By analyzing the development of the sports industry in China and abroad,this article pointed out that the development of the sports industry must depend on the institutional innovations.At present,the Chinese sports industry is restricted by various systems.The main content of the institutional innovations is to establish supplementary mechanism of the government and the market.Through perfecting the legal system of the sports industry,the modern sports industry property right system and the virtuous circle of the financing system of the sports industry with clear ownership,definite duty and power,strict protection and smooth circulation.Sports industry scientific and technological system focusing on the development of sports high-tech and marketing resource disposition mechanism should be established.
