摘　　要：介绍了海事地理信息系统(MGIS)的建设背景、技术架构、技术特点和功能;着重分析了技术架构中的体系结构、结构内容、子系统设计、数据层次、数据处理流程的特点;对于系统的几个技术特点作了描述;指出地理信息系统功能的发挥需要各专题数据的接入才能释放。This paper introduces the background, technical framework,technical characteristic and system function of maritime geographic information system (MGIS).It analyses the cahracteristics of the system structure, structure content,(sub-system) design,data layer and data processing in the technical framework. To describe the technical characteristic of system, it points out that the function of the system can not be released until the series of thematic databases have been cut in.
