摘　　要：分析了目前科技信息服务业面临的形势和现状 ,介绍了数据、信息、知识的概念 ,及其之间的关系和区别 ,与信息服务和知识服务的概念、内涵 ,以及二者之间的关系和区别 ,说明知识服务是信息服务业发展的必然趋势 ;Based on an analysis of the situation and current status confronted by scientific and technological information service industry, this paper introduced the concepts of data, information, and knowledge and their relationship and differences, as well as the concepts and connotations of information service and knowledge service and their relationship and differences. The authors pointed out that the knowledge service was the inexorable trend of development of information service industry, and put forward the countermeasures of realizing the transition from information service to knowledge service.
