铁棒锤对小白鼠的毒杀活性研究

摘　　要：通过对铁棒锤根茎杀鼠活性的测定,结果表明,饵料中铁棒锤样品含量为 20% 时,对小白鼠的毒杀率为 90%,含量为 15% 时,毒杀率为 40%,含量为 10% 时,毒杀率为 30%;以家鸡进行二次中毒试验,试验过程中无死亡现象发生。The rat killing activity of root in Aconitum pendulum root were measured.The results indicated that when the contents of root in feed were 20%, 15% and 10%, the rates of rat killing were 90%, 40% and 30% respectively. Safety experiment with the chicken showed no seconed poisoning effect.
