摘　　要：目的 :为我国新世纪的医药企业人力资源管理发展战略提供建设性建议。方法 :参考有关文献 ,调查、分析国有医药企业人力资源管理现状。结果与结论 :国有医药企业只有不断提高人力资源管理水平 ,实践创新的管理方式 ,才能取得企业和社会的长期效益。OBJECTIVE:To put forward constructive suggestions about human resource management in Chinese pharmaˉceutical enterprises in new century.METHODS:Based on relevant literature,the current situation of human resource manageˉment in state-own pharmaceutical enterprises was surveyed and analysed.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:Only by raising the level of human resource management and practicing new management modes,the pharmaceutical enterprises will get sustained benefit of the company and society.
