摘  要:1990年11月及1991年8月对新疆福海县科克阿尕什乡居民人体包虫病作了普查。共普查416个家庭,1796例居民,其中男性859例,女性937例,年龄1~84岁。哈克萨族1351例,汉族417例,其它民族28例。同时抽查家犬11只,检查野生狐狸10只。结果:包虫病手术史者15例(0.84%),B超检查阳性者11例(0.61%),点酶联免疫试验阳性者59例(3.29%),滤纸血ELISA试验阳性者98例(5.46%),总阳性率9.08%。年龄组间和民族间阳性率无显著性差异。4只家犬感染棘球绦虫,感染率36.4%。3只狐狸感染棘球绦虫,感染率33.3%。416个家庭中,33%养有家犬,60%养有绵羊及其它牲畜,49%家庭宰杀牲畜,大于5岁的居民几乎全部缺乏有关包虫病方面的科普知识。这些因素可能是导致包虫病流行的重要原因。In November 1990 and August 1991 a community study of human hydatid disease was undertaken in Kekeagash area of Fuhai County, Xinjiang, China. A total of 416 families, 1796 people, were investigated, in which male 859, female 937, age arange from 1 to 84, Kasak 1351, Han 417, other nationalities 28. Meanwhile 11 dogs and 10 foxes were examined. Kekeagash is situated at the western side of the Altai Mountains where traditional transhumant pastoralism is still practised by the Kasak herdsman. Kasak people come to the summer pasture in April, which is located in the Altai Mountains, and back home in October every year. The old and infirm and very young children remain. Methods: (1) Personal interviews: Information was obtained on surgical history, knowledge about the parasite and family dogs and animals ownership. (2) Ultrasound scanning: All people were screened on the abdomen using a portable SDL-30 B-ultrasound scanner. (3) Serosurvey: Finger blood samples were taken from all people for serology using both rapid dot blot assay comprising cyst fluid, antigen B, Em and Ts antigen spots and filter paper ELISA comprising antigen B. (4) X-ray survey: people who were seropositive were taken for x-ray examination on the chest. (5) Adult worms survey: 11 random dogs were examined on adult worms of Eg using a purge. 10 wild foxes caught around the area were examined by autopsy on Em. Results: Of the 1796 subjects 15 had surgical history on hydatid disease (0.84%), 11 were ultrasound positive (0.61%), 59 were dot blot assay positive (3.29%) and 98 were filter paper ELISA positive (5.46%). The total positive rates were 9.08%. Positive rates were neither significant difference in the age groups nor in the nationalities. Definitive host survey found 4 out of 11 dogs (36.4%) positive for Echinococcosis granulosus and 3 of 10 foxes (33.3%) E. multilocularis infection.
