我国体育产业风险投资支撑环境研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、调查访问、综合分析等方法 ,通过对体育产业风险投资支撑环境的分析研究 ,使我们在认识和培育我国体育产业风险投资的支撑环境方面得到了一些启示。主要结论 :体育产业风险投资支撑环境主要包括经济、文化、科技、金融、人才、社会中介服务、法律法规和政策等八个支撑要素。由于各个要素演进发展的规律不同 ,体育产业风险投资支撑环境分为“诱致性”和“强制性”两类。诱致性支撑环境是强制性支撑环境存在和发展的基础前提 ;强制性支撑环境完善了诱致性环境 ,为诱致性环境的发展提供了保证。各诱致性环境中的经济、文化、科技、金融和人才要素与强制性支撑环境中的社会中介服务、法律法规和政策要素之间存在着相互作用和制约关系。目前 ,我国在体育产业风险投资环境方面还存在许多缺陷。应加大对各诱导性环境的培育力度 ,逐步完善强制性环境建设 ,推动体育产业风险投资事业在我国的发展。By using the method of documentary, investigation, interview and comprehensive analysis, this paper so the reviews is inspiration to observe and foster the supporting environment to sports industry venture capital in China. The result shows that supporting environment to sports industry venture capital investment is composed of eight factors, such as economy, culture, science and technology, finance, talents, social medi-server, laws and regulations and policy, We classified it to be induced-environment and forced-environment by their developed rules. And induced-environment is base and premise relative to forced-environment, while forced-environment makes induced-environment optimize and perfect. Otherwise, there are affection and influence among economy, culture, science and technology, finance, talents belonging to induced-environment and social medi-server, laws and regulations and policy belonging to forced-environment. At present, still exist many defects the supporting environment sports industry venture capital investment in China
