人工感染细粒棘球蚴在狐狸体的观察

摘  要:人肝细粒棘球蚴的原头蚴,经口人工感染野生红狐(Vulpes vulpes)。118d后解剖小肠壁附着有成熟的细粒棘球绦虫。虫体染色后,对其形态特点作了描述。与人工感染犬细粒棘球绦虫作了形态比较,未发现明显差异。认为新疆北疆地区,野生红狐也可能作为细粒棘球绦虫的自然终宿主。这种潜在宿主的存在在包虫病的防治及流行病的研究中应引起注意。Experimental study was made of the development of the E. granulosus from north Xinjiang human origin in local fox. There are no significant morphological differences between the specimens which we have collected from dogs and foxes. It is concluded that although the role of foxes in the epidemiology of hydatid disease in Xinjiang is still not made certainly, but the results of the present experiment showed that it is easy to infect the fox with protoscoleces (E. g) of human origin, most of the gravid proglottids contain mature eggs. It is obvious that the fox in Xinjiang should still be regarded as a potential definitive host of E. granulosus.
