高血压病患者血浆心钠素水平及其临床意义

摘　　要：本文采用放射免疫分析方法测定79例高血压病患者血浆心钠素水平。与56例正常人比较,结果发现:高血压病患者血浆心钠素水平显著高于正常人组(P<0.001),其升高程度与高血压病严重程度密切相关,Ⅱ、Ⅲ期高血压者高于Ⅰ期(P<0.01),以Ⅲ期高血压并发心功能不全者为最高。血浆心钠素水平与其收缩压、舒张压及平均压呈显著正相关。女性血浆心钠素水平高于男性,差别有统计学意义。Using RIA, the authors determined the plasma level of atrial natriuretic peptides(PLANP) in 79 patients with essential hypertension(EH) before treatment compared with 56 controls in this study. The results showed that the PLANP was significantly higher in patients with EH than in controls matched as far as possible for age, sex and nationality(P<0.001); and that the raised PLANP was initially correlated with severity of EH and was positively and significantly correlated with the level of blood pressure(P<0.01). The PLANP, were higher in female than in male, not only in hypertension group but also in control group(P<0.05, respectively).
