摘  要:非感染创伤性休克1h可引起一系列免疫功能变化。T淋巴细胞(TLC)对PHA和B淋巴细胞(BLC)对SPA的分化增殖反应均抑制;溶血空斑实验发现HC_(50)明显降低;巨噬细胞和全血白细胞吞噬功能均显著升高;休克组和手术组血中糖皮质激素浓度同样升高,说明它是应激反应而不是休克本身所造成;休克组白细胞介素2(IL-2)的水平与手术组及正常组相比均无差异,说明本实验所测得的免疫功能变化无IL-2的参与。One hour after non-infective traumatic shock, the changes of immunity were as follows: the T-lymphocyte proliferative response induced by PHA and B-lymphocyte proliferative response induced by SPA were significantly inhibited compared with the control respectively; the HC_(50) of PFC was markedly lower than control, this further proved the suppression of B-lymphocyte; the phagocytose index(PI) of macrophage in abdominal cavity was obviously higher than control. The PI of white blood cells in whole blood increased markedly. The concentration of cortisol in plasma of traumatic shock and operative control similarly increased, there was no difference between them. Comparing with each other, it indicated that the increment of cortisol in plasma was induced by stress. Comparing with operative and normal control groups, the level of IL-2 of shock group did not change. All of those indicated that IL-2 did not take part in the changes of immuno-function in traumatic shock.
