摘　　要：作者对经实验室确诊的17例Rh新生儿溶血症进行孕期动态监测,并给予换血与蓝光治疗。其结果换血组比光疗组的疗程短,对换血后的5例患儿进行了2年随访,脑干听觉诱发电位测定无异常,智力及体格发育良好。Seventeen cases of neonatal hemolytic disease due to Rh incompatibility were consectively obesrved. All cases were proved by laboratory tests. Exchange transfusion and phototherapy were performed. The result showed that the course of treatment of patient who had received exchange transfusion was shorter than of the phototherapy. Follow up study of 5 cases who had received exchange transfusion revealed that their mental and physical development was normal. 1 case died out of 17 cases. It proved that antenatal diagnosis is very necessary.
