摘　　要：1986年8月到1991年11月手术治疗完全性肺静脉异位引流4例,其中3例为心上型,1例为心内型,无手术死亡,全部痊愈出院。心上型手术成功的关键是左房与肺总静脉吻合口的大小;心内型均须切除房间隔缺损与冠状静脉窦开口或肺总静脉开口之间的隔膜。4例随访6个月～5年,病人恢复正常生活。From August 1986 to November 1991. 4 patients with total anomalous pulmonary venous connection(TAPVC) were operated in our hospital. Three patients had supracardiac and one had infracardiac TAPVC. All of the operative survivors who have been followed up from six months to five years, showed satisfactory results. There was no late death or case of symptomatic pulmonary venous obstruction. The improvement in survival rate in supracardiac TAPVC is attributed to construction of a large anastomosis. Pathoanatomy diagnosis, surgical technique and postoperative care were discussed briefly.
