摘　　要：经理国库是法律赋予人民银行的神圣职责 ,加强国库监管、防范和化解国库资金风险 ,无论是对国库工作本身 ,还是对整个社会经济的发展 ,都具有重要的意义和影响。目前 ,我国的国库工作仍然面临着众多的风险和挑战 ,对此 ,各级人民银行应在认真总结以往国库工作经验、吸取其教训的基础上 ,综合运用基础防范、技术防范、纪律防范等多种手段 ,进一步做好国库资金的风险防范工作 。Fisc management is a holy duty endowed by law to the People’s B ank of China. Strengthening fisc supervision, preventing against and eliminating fisc fund risk is of significance not only for fisc management but also for the development of whole social economy. At present, many a risk and challenge is c onfronted with fisc work in China, therefore, various branches of the People’s Bank of China should comprehensively make the best of such means as essential pr evention, technical prevention, and discipline binding, etc. on the basis of sum marized experience of past management and derived lessons before, to enhance fis c risk prevention so as to serve better for the development of social economy in China.
