摘　　要：城市人民公社社办工业的出现是以"大跃进"为主要背景的。它产生的直接动因由尽快实现我国工业化目标、吸纳城市妇女和公社其他闲散劳力、实现共产主义奋斗目标等诸多因素组成;社办工业有它本身的特点;它在所有制、分配制度与生产方向的发展方面都经历了一个曲折发展的过程。社办工业的"寿命"虽短,而且染上了浓厚的时代色彩,但对它的评价却不能因噎废食,在当时严峻的经济形势下,社办工业所发挥的作用应当说是积极而有成效的。The industry organized by the town people's commune appeared in the period of 'Great Leap Forward'. Its direct causes were composed of several kinds of elements: to realize the aim of industrialization in our country as quickly as possible, to recruit the town women and other idle labor force of commune, to achieve the great goal of communism and so on. It had its own peculiarities and experienced a tortuous process in the system of ownership, the system of distribution and the development of manufacturing orientation. Though the lifetime of industry organized by the town people's commune was very short and had its thick color of the times, we should evaluate it properly. It played the active and effective part in turning about the severe situation of national economy at that time.
