摘 要:采用端羧基的超支化聚酯(HBP-SA)和甲基四氢苯酐(MeTHPA)作为混合固化剂固化普通环氧树脂。考察了HBP-SA加入量对环氧固化物性能的影响,发现HBP-SA的加入降低了树脂固化的体积收缩率,提高了环氧固化物的拉伸强度和冲击强度。加入10%的HBP-SA,拉伸强度从22 5MPa提高到64 66MPa,而冲击强度从4 99kJ/m2提高到30 63kJ/m2,分别提高150%和500%,增韧增强效果也明显,但固化物的弯曲强度和耐热性能有所下降。A conventional epoxy resin was cured with the mixture of carboxyl-terminal hyperbranched polyesters(HBP-SA) and methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride(MeTHPA).The influence of HBP-SA contents on curing and the properties of the cured materials were studied.It was found that the addition of hyperbranched polyesters reduced the volume shrinkage of curing,and increased the tensile and impact strength.By the addition of 10% HBP-SA in curing agent,the tensile strength was increased from 22.57 MPa to 64.66 MPa,and the impact strength was also increased from 4.99 kJ/m^2 to 30.63 kJ/m^2 by a factor of 212 and 5 respectively. On the other had,the bending strength and thermal properties of the cured materials were decreased.
