摘　　要：　　经过对目前测绘事业单位发展现状的分析认为,除少数纯公益性测绘事业单位外,测绘事业单位进行企业化改制已是必然趋势。在此基础上,对测绘事业单位企业化改制的必然性进行了理论分析。介绍了云南省地矿测绘院在全国事业单位中率先实现企业化改制这一实例,为相关单位的企业化改制提供了一些具体操作经验。Through analysis of development status quo of surveying and mapping government-sponsored institution at present, reforming the economic system of surveying and mapping units that government sponsored is the tide for a certainty. Based on this, theoretical analysis of the necessity of the reforming the economic system of surveying and mapping units that government sponsored is discussed. That Yunnan Institute of Surveying and Mapping of Geology and Mineral Resources takes the lead in reforming economic system being run as an enterprise as an instance for the correlation units, it provides some experience about particular operation.
