摘　　要：本文就地面激光雷达的数据采集工作原理、数据处理的基本流程、数据的精度情况及影响精度的因素等问题进行相应的讨论,展示了其优良的技术特性和良好的应用前景。In this paper, the basic data collecting theory, data processing flow, data precision and the factors worked on it etc. about ground-based LIDAR are discussed in detail. Ground-based LIDAR has some excellent technical properties and will be employed to many engineering or application fields.
