摘　　要：分析了某锂电池铝合金外壳端口冲裁工艺 ,并设计了1副端口冲裁模。该模具结构简单 ,加工质量好 ,生产效率高 。The technological process for trimming the end of the aluminum alloy shell of the Li battery is analyzed.An end-trimming die has been designed for forming the shell.The die strucˉture is simple,the processing quality of the die is good and the productivity is high.This die can be used to produce Al alloy shells of Li batteries of various dimensions by only changing several components of the die.
