摘　　要：在曲轴毛坯冲孔模设计中 ,针对曲轴毛坯的特殊形状 ,采用了浮动定位机构、组合凸模部件、芯棒凹模的定位与复位机构 ,选取大冲裁间隙 。In the design of the piercing die for the bent shaft blank,according to the special shape of the blank,floating location mechanism,combined punch,location and reposition mechanism for the axle matrix have been adopted,and big cutting clearances have been selected.Good result has been obtained in production by using this piercing die.
