摘　　要：分析了在气体辅助注射成型技术应用中存在的问题 ,介绍了气辅注射CAE分析的一般流程 ,通过应用MOLDFLOW/MPI软件对电视机前壳模具进行的CAE气辅分析 ,显示了注射CAE技术在气辅模具开发过程中对于布置气道、确定气辅成型工艺参数。The problems existing in application of the gas-assisted injection moulding(GAIM)techˉnique are analyzed.The general flow chart of the CAE analysis of gas-assisted injection is introˉduced.The CAE analysis of gas-assisted injection has been made on the mould for the TV front cabinet by MOLDFLOW/MPI software.The analysis result shows notable actions of CAE technique in the gas-assisted injection mould development,on the aspects of gas flue disposing,determination of gas-assisted injection process parameters and forecasting of penetrating result of gas.
