细菌真菌常用培养基的快速制备

摘　　要：研究目的如何在基层化验室推广细菌、真菌检查。处理方法将粉状培养基封入安瓿内,灭菌。用时启开,加入无菌蒸馏水煮沸溶化,再加入其它成分,制成不同的培养基。结果培养基可以在需用时根据用量临时制备,物品不回收,既节约培养基又很方便。结论此法适应于各种类型的化验室,尤其基层化验室。Study Objetive How to carry out bacterial examination and fast preparetion of culture at ordinary laboratories. Interventions Inclose the powder culture in the non-becteria Ampule to be disinfected. Then add some disinfected distilled-water to be culture, boit it, or add other elements to it, and in this way different kinds of cultures can be prepared. Results The culture can be prepared accord- ing to the dosage needed at all times. No with drawing it after use. And at the same time, there is no wasting of the culture. Conclusion This method is suitable to kinds of laboratories, especially to ordimary laboratories.
