摘 要:采用X射线衍射分析、差示扫描量热法、水银压入测孔法、扫描电子显微镜观查等方法,对单掺矿渣粉、单掺粉煤灰、双掺矿渣粉及粉煤灰的净浆试件的水化产物、孔结构等微观性能进行了试验。结果表明:双掺矿渣粉及粉煤灰与单掺矿渣粉或单掺粉煤灰相比,总孔面积、平均孔径、总孔隙率都得到改善;在早期,掺矿渣粉比掺粉煤灰反应要快;而在后期,粉煤灰的火山灰效应已得到释放,粉煤灰颗粒表面有大量的水化产物生成。Tests on micro-performances of hydration products, porjous structures, etc., mixed singly with slag-powder or fly-ash, and mixed with both slag-powder and fly-ash, were performed by using X-diffraction anlysis, differential scanning calorimeter, measuring-hole pressing with mercury procedure, scanning electron microscope etc. The test results showed that: the total hole area, average hole-diameter and sum porosity of the hydration products mixed with both slag-powder and fly-ash all get improvement as compared with that mixed singly with slag-powder or fly-ash; early, the reaction of the product mixed with slag-powder is faster than that mixed with fly-ash; late, the volcanic ash effect of fly-ash has been released and a large amount of hydration products generate on the surface of fly-ash particals.
