摘 要:长期以来,单晶片双向功率开关元件一直处于尚待开发状态,连同电流幅值的大幅度交变所引起的换流电路的困难和系统控制的复杂性,使矩阵式变流器的实验研究限制在很低的功率范围,低于1~3hp.这篇论文提出了一种新的3转1相模块式组合设计方法,和新的中到中高功率级的3合1集成双向半导体元件功率模块(IBPM).这种组合电路分区优化的主电路集成模块设计可减少交-交变频器换流电路的寄生高频电感,使主电路接线终端数最小化,并简化交流总线的结构和配线设计.自适应时序换流的优化设计进一步提高了变流器在高幅度交流负荷下的可靠换流能力.论文给出了该变频器输入输出均获得高于几百Hz基频的满意的实验控制和结果及其双向控制能力,并验证了它的优化设计方法.Unavailability of bidirectional power switches and difficulties in high-current commutation and system control have limited the experimental research of matrix converters to low power range, below 2-3 hp. This paper reports a new integrated modular phase bank design approach and 3-in-l integrated bidirectional power module (IBPM) at medium to medium-high power level. The integrated and modular design with optimal circuit partitioning is conceived to reduce critical parasitic inductance, minimize power connection terminals, and simplify AC bus structure and wiring. Adaptive sequence commutation further enhances device's commutation at high load of alternating current. Experimental implementation and test results operating over several hundred Hz of fundamental frequencies at both input and output side, with inherent regeneration, are presented, which verifies this systematic and optimal design approach.
