摘  要:微孔率是评价通信连接器接触件镀金质量的重要参数之一。采用潮湿SO2气体加速腐蚀,并结合显 微镜观测分析是一种相对便捷、快速的镀金层微孔率检测方法。然而目前试验方法采用的SO2浓度较高,使腐 蚀物容易蔓延至表面连成一片,从而不易准确分辨微孔和统计微孔率。研究了一种较低浓度的SO2加速腐蚀实 验方法,试验表明,这种方法可以较好地检测镀金接触件的微孔率。Porosity is an important reference in the surface quality of gold plated connector evaluation.A convenient method for measuring porosity on the gold plated surface of connectors is to accelerate corrosion using wet SO 2 combined with microscope analysis.However,at the present method, due to high SO 2 gas concentration,the testing surface is easily to be over corroded. As a result, the corrosive product from poles coalesced into one stain which makes it difficult to distinguish pores respectively and to compute pores number accurately. In this paper, the investigation of testing method improvement by reducing SO 2 gas concentration has been done and the effective result has been confirmed by experiment.
