摘  要:研究了纳米m-ZrO_2颗粒初始含量对Al_2O_3为基体的复合材料烧结后所保留的四方相含量以及对硬度、断裂韧性和强度等力学性能的影响。随着纳米m-ZrO_2初始含量的增加,烧结样品中t-ZrO_2四方相的含量呈线性减少的趋势。纳米m-ZrO_2初始含量φ大于4%烧结样品显微硬度变化趋于稳定,当初始含量φ为4%时,样品的断裂韧性K_(IC)达到最大值5.84MPa·m^(1/2),初始含量φ为2%时,断裂强度σf达到最大值395.0MPa,表明适量的纳米m-ZrO_2颗粒初始含量对Al_2O_3为基体的复合材料力学性能具有良好的改善作用。The present paper investigated the influence of nanometer m-ZrO_2 original contents on the reserved tetragonal phase, the hardness, the fracture toughness and the fracture strength for the sintered composites of m-ZrO_2 and Al_2O_3. The contents of t-ZrO_2 display the linear reducing trend with the increasing of nanometer m-ZrO_2 original contents. The micro-hardness of the sintered samples has the little change as the m-ZrO_2 original contents were over 4%. The fracture toughness K_(IC) and the fracture strength σ_f achieve the maximum values of 5. 84MPa · m^(1/2) at the m-ZrO_2 original contents of 4 % and 395.0 MPa at that of 2% respectively. These results displayed the addition of the nanometer m-ZrO_2 was favorable to improve the mechanical properties of the composites based Al_2O_3 as the original contents of nanometer m-ZrO_2 was suitable.
