摘　　要：:利益是道德的基础 ,伦理思想是从实际的物质生产关系中产生的 ,并对社会的物质生产关系产生反作用。十一世纪中叶的思想家李觏从实际物质利益出发阐明道德的起源 ,并力倡功利主义 ,强调平土、均田 ,注重生民的物质利益 ,其思想在当时无疑是进步的 。Interest is the base of morality.Ethics thought arises from the practical material productive relations and it also reacts on the social material productive relations.LI Gou,a mid 11th century thinker,expounded the origin of morality from the point of practical material interests and advocated utilitarianism.He emphasized the idea of “Averaged Land” and laid stress on the material interests of the common people.Undoubtedly,Li Gou's thought which was progressive at that time meaningfully affects today's economic life.
