摘　　要：本文对网络图的组成要素从概念上予以澄清，批驳了各种不科学的定义和说法，对双代号网络图节点时间参数给予明确概念，纠正了关于工序时间参数计算中的不合逻辑的计算顺序以及没有实际意义的关键线路确定方法。The paper is to clarify the conceptions of elements of network diagram, refute unscientif- ic definition and ideas by defining the parameter of nodal time on network diagram, and put right the illogical sequence of calculation of production procedure and the impractical way to determine its key approaches.
