摘 要:本文针对铁路分段建设问题,首先从有两个区段的新建铁路入手,探讨了铁路分段建设多目标动态规划模型的阶段划分方法,然后提出了有n个区段新建铁路的分段建设多目标动态规划模型的阶段划分途径,并进一步分析了模型目标值的确定问题。该模型可以动态地解决新建铁路的分段投资、分段运营决策问题,可以科学地确定出各区段的建设顺序。文中最后给出的计算举例说明了这一方法的科学性和实用价值。In this paper, the question of new railway's building by stages is discussed. First, it gives the method of founding the multi - objective dynamic programming model of railway building by stages for a two -stage railway. Then, on the basis of the model for a two- stage railway, the model for a railway of more than two stages is set up. Next the three objectives, the conversion transport quantity, time limit for a stage and investment cost, is investigated further. The multi - objective dynamic programming model of railway building by stages can solve the decision question of investment by stages and operation by stages of a new railway dynamically. The scientific order of the new railway's different stages can be obtained by the model. Last, the validity of the method is tested and verified by an example.
