摘　　要：56名尘螨皮试阳性的外源性哮喘患者,其中40名用尘螨浸液治疗。结果表明:1∶5000螨浸液1mL×10次,用药积分从用药前7.2±1.3降至5.4±1.5(P<0.01)。其中30例继续用1∶1000螨浸液0.6mL×10次,用药积分进一步降至3.6±2.0(P<0.01)。提示螨浸液脱敏治疗有显著疗效,加大剂量后疗效更显著。治疗后鼻腔对螨浸液敏感性显著降低(P<0.05)。Forty of 56 allergic asthmatic patients sensitive by skin test to house-dust mite received weekly injections of Dermatophagoides farinae extract. The results showed that the symptom-drug scores reduced from 7.2± 1.3 to 5.4± 1.5 (P<0. 01) after lOwk treatment with 1 mL of 1: 5000 wt/vol of the mite extract. Thirty of them continued to have treatment with 0.6 mL of 1?1000 of the mite extract for another 10 wk. The scores were further reduced to 3.6 ±2.0 (F<0. 01). Nasal sensitivity, as determined by nasal challenge to the mite extract, was reduced (,P<0. 05). We conclude that the large dose immunotherapy gives greater clinical benefit than smaller dose to desensitization.
