氨曲南对革兰阴性杆菌感染的疗效评价

摘　　要：本文测定了氨曲南等10种抗菌药物对133株临床分离革兰阴性杆菌的体外抗菌活性。结果表明,氨曲南对多重耐药革兰阴性杆菌具良好抗菌作用,其中83株肠杆菌科细菌和42株绿脓杆菌对氨曲南的敏感率均为80％。应用氨曲南治疗革兰阴性杆菌严重感染28例,有效率为78％,细菌清除率83％。该药不良反应轻微,发生率为7％。本文对氨曲南的适应证和临床应用前景进行了探讨。The results of in vitro activity of aztreonam and other 9 antimicrobial agents against 133 strains of clinical isolates of Gram-negative bacilli showed that aztreonam had good activity against multi-resistant Gram-negative bacilli. Both sensitive rates of 83 isolates of Enterobacteriaceae and 42 isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 80%. Twenty-eight patients with Gram-negative bacillus infections were treated with aztreonam. The clinical efficacy rate was 78% and bacterial clearance rate, 83%. Adverse reactions of the drug happening in 7% patients were mild. The clinical indication and prospect of its usage were discussed.
