摘　　要：本文对佛祖释迦牟尼的生平及其传说进行了考辩 ,从现存的史料中提取了他一生可资确信的事例 ,介绍了其从出家到创教的过程。分析了佛陀在传教中的主要活动以及早期佛教的基本教义 。This paper investigates and studies the life of Sakyamuni and his legendary stories. Using the trustworthy materials from historical books about his life, this paper introduces his life from entering religion to creating a religion. This paper analyses his preaching activities and the significance of early Buddhism. This paper also clarifies the theory of tenet and its limitation.
