摘　　要：近年来 ,欧盟一些国家相继推行了大规模的邮政改革 ,随之而来的邮政市场开放也逐渐为世界所关注。本文结合欧盟国家邮政改革和市场开放的实践 ,从经济和社会两个角度 ,对邮政市场开放的可行性问题进行了初步的探讨 。In recent years,some Eu members have carried out Large scale postal reform,along with which the liberalization of postal markets have attracted more and more attention.Based on the concrete practice in the postal reform and liberalization of Eu members,the article analyses the economic and social feasibility of the liberalization,and furthermore affirms the necessity & significance of the liberalization of postal markets.
