摘　　要：本文从三个方面比较先秦与古希腊装饰的本质特征 :( 1)修饰的功能目的 ;( 2 )非饰的价值观念 ;( 3)饰、用和谐思想的根本意义。先秦对用与饰即文质观的认识与道本思想密切相联 。The article compares the essential characteristics of decoration between Early Qin Dynasty and the Ancient Greece from the following aspects: (1)the purposes of decoration (2)value concept of non decoration (3)the essential meaning of the idea of harmony on decoration and function. In the Early Qin Dynasty, its cognition of function and decoration was closely related to Tao's thoughts; While in Ancient Greece, its cognition of function and decoration was of cognitive ethics and natural philosophy.
