摘　　要：只有不断创新 ,才能使精神文明建设不断登上新台阶 ,开创新局面 ,取得新成就。文章围绕“创新”问题 ,结合河北的实际 ,从思想观念、战略思路、思想政治工作、革命传统文化。Only by constant creativity can the construction of spiritual civilization mount to a new step and make new progress. The paper centers around the issue of creativity,discuss some approaches to improving the construction of spiritual civilization in Hebei,from such aspects as idelolgical concept,traditional revolutionary culture,community construction etc.
