新生儿背部肩胛间体温与腋温关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的寻求简便而准确测量新生儿体温的新方法。方法对临床 2 0 0例新生儿同时进行腋下和背部肩胛间体温的测量 ,所得数值通过SPSS软件进行统计学处理。结果不同部位相同时间测量腋下体温与背部肩胛间体温具有高度正相关关系 ,确定足月正常新生儿 10min背部肩胛间体温的正常值范围 36 .0～ 37.5℃。结论此种测量方法简便安全 ,易被新生儿家属接受 ,减少了临床护士操作中的工作量。Objective To discover an exact and easy method to measure neonates' temperature. Method 200 cases of neonates were selected for taking the temperature of the same neonate both under back scapular location and in axilla, the two set of data are analyzed by SPSS. Result The temperature under back scapular location is highly related to the one in axilla and the temperature under back of normal neonate ranges from 36.0℃ to 37.5℃. Conclusion Measure temperature on back scapular location is simple and safety, and acceptable by neonates' parent, which also reduce the working load of clinical nurse.
