摘　　要：区域主体的确立是经济区域有效运转的前提。政府导向是现代经济区域形成的主要途径。区域主体的二重性对经济区域的发展起着重要影响。三峡经济区应由中央政府设立三峡经济区管理委员会作为区域主体。The establishment of the regional body is the precondition of the effective management of the economic region. The 'governmental oriented mode' is the main road which gives birth to the economic region and regional body. The dual character of the regional body gives an important infection to the development of the economic region. 'The managing Committee of the Three Gorges Economic Region' would be established by the central government as a regional body of the Three Gorges Economic Region.
