医院消毒灭菌质量管理模式在医院感染管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :有效地预防和控制外源性医院感染 ,对医院消毒灭菌质量实施全面管理。　方法 :采用现场督查、细菌学监测和科研整改三部分有机结合的管理模式 ,施行医院消毒灭菌的质量管理。　结果和结论 :　医院消毒灭菌质量管理水平明显提高 ,有效地预防和控制了医院感染。Objectives:In order to prevent and control hospital infection efficiently, comprehensive management is put into effect on the quality of disinfectant and sterilization. Methods:The management model which spot-supervision, bacteria monitor and scientific modification are integrated has been applied in hospital. Results and Conclusions:The sterilization mind of staffs has been steadily strengthened and the qualified ratios of various monitor items has increased annually.
