抓住入世机遇大力吸收FDI

摘　　要：跨入 2 1世纪 ,经济全球化将带来新的竞争环境 ,各国竞相投资高新技术产业 ,国际产业结构调整给发展中国家带来新的机遇 ,在贸易和投资自由化及市场全球化的趋势下 ,跨国公司将加大对发展中国家的直接投资 ,发展中国家之间在吸收外商直接投资 (FDI)方面的竞争将日趋激烈。我国应以加入WTO为契机 ,发展开放型经济 ,实行新的引资战略 ,加大吸引FDI的力度 ,提高利用FDI的效益。Entering into the 21st century,the economy globality will bring new competitive environment,the countries invest emulatively in advanced and new technique industry,and the adjustment of intemational industrial structure brings new lpportunity to developing countries.Under the trend of trade and investment liberty and market globality,multinational companies will increase direct investment in developing countries,and the competition in absorbing FDI between developing countries will become more furious.China should seize the opportunity of joining WTO,develop exoteric economy,implement new absorbing FDI stratagem,increase its degree and improve its benefit.
