摘　　要：《普通高等学校图书馆规程 (修订 )》与《普通高等学校图书馆规程》在高校图书馆的性质、管理体制、文献资源建设、文献信息资源购置费、工作人员、读者工作和科学管理等方面存在的差异不少 ,其中文献资源建设和读者工作尤为突出 ,通过比较探讨 ,深入学习、领会《普通高等学校图书馆规程 (修订 )》 ,以便今后更好地贯彻执行。There exists some differences between 'General Academic Library Regulation(revised ed)' and 'General Academic Library Regulation', such as the character of the university libraries, management system, construction of document resources, purchase of documents, staff, reader works and scientific management, et al. And among them the construction of document resources and reader works are be emphasized. Through the deeply studies of 'The library rules for Common Universities(revise)' we can carry out it better.
