摘　　要：本文对用于海洋环境样品中砷、硒测定前的几种比较常用的消化方法作了系统的介绍 ,主要讨论了用湿法消化海水、悬浮颗粒物、沉积物以及生物体组织样品处理过程中的一些问题 ,并简单归纳了各种方法的优、缺点。The paper introduces several digestion and extraction methods for the analysis of arsenic and selenium in marine environmental samples, mainly focusing on the problems of wet digestion for the samples of seawater, suspended particle matters, sediment and halobios. The developments and deficiencies of each method and the expected further development are also reviewed, so as to provide some experience in the pretreatment of similar volatile elements for their analysis.
