川芎嗪雾化吸入促进大鼠免疫

摘　　要：川芎嗪１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重稀释４倍，给大鼠雾化吸入２５分钟，可使血液Ｔ淋巴细胞比率升高、脾脏抗体形成细胞增多、肺脏肺泡巨噬细胞吞噬功能增强。对血液白细胞移行抑制因子、中性白细胞吞噬功能、肺脏Ｔ淋巴细胞比率亦有促进趋势。本实验为川芎嗪的临床用药途径及体内抑菌作用提供了理论基础。The tetramethypyrazine of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort was sprayingly inhaled by wistar rats (100mg/kg) in25minutes. The results showed that it could enhance systemic and regional immune system, i. e., to raise the rate of T lymphocyte in bind. the rate of antibody forming cell in spleen and the phagocytosis rate of alveolarmacrophage. On the other hand, although the herb could produce some positive results in leucocyte migrating Inhibitionfactor, PMN phagocytosis. and T lpmphocyte of the lungs. they are not statistically significant. The experiment offersthe theoretical base to clinical use and to the antibacteria mechanism of the herb in vivo.
