摘　　要：通过对国内外学者关于“资本”内涵的阐述,特别是马克思关于“资本”内涵的全面分析,说明“资本”是一个具有多层次内涵的概念。全面理解和认识这些丰富的内涵,对于纠正一些片面的认识、努力实现理论创新和实践创新都将具有重要的意义。By expatiating the connotation of 'Capital' that domestic and overseas scholars have given, especially by Karl Marx, the author wants to show that 'Capital' is a concept which contains many levels. Understanding the abundant connotations has important significance to correct some ex parte thoughts and realize innovation in both theory and practice.
