中风康对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织IL-8含量的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中风康对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织白介素 8(IL 8)含量的影响。方法 :采用线栓法复制局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型 ,以步长脑心通为对照 ,于脑缺血 6h、12h、2 4h以及 4 8h动态观察中风康对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑梗死体积和脑组织IL 8含量的影响。结果 :局灶性脑缺血 6h ,模型组脑组织IL 8含量降低 (P <0 0 1) ,12h开始增加至 2 4h达到高峰 (P <0 0 1) ;与模型组比较 ,局灶性脑缺血 6h ,各治疗组脑组织IL 8含量增加 (P <0 0 5 )缺血 2 4h～ 4 8h ,中风康高、低剂量组均能降低脑组织IL 8含量 (P <0 0 5 ) ;与同时点模型组比较 ,各治疗组梗死灶体积亦有不同程度降低(P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论 :中风康可调整脑梗塞大鼠脑组织IL 8含量 ,缩小梗死灶体积 ,有效保护局灶性脑梗塞引起的缺血性损伤。Objective:To observe the effect of Zhongfengkang on the content of interleukin 8 in brain of focal cerebral ischemia rats.Methods:To make the model of focal cerebral ischemia by inserting nylon thread,compared with Buchangnaoxintong,the effect of Zhongfengkang on infarct volume and the content of interleukin 8 in brain of focal cerebral ischemia rats were observed in 6h、12h、24h and 48h after cerebral ischemia.Results:in 6h after cerebral ischemia,the content of interleukin 8 in brain reduced( P <0 01),and it began to increase in 12h,reach top in 24h( P <0 01);Compared with model group,the content of interleukin 8 in brain of each treatment groups were increased in 6h after cerebral ischemia( P <0 05),and it decreased in 12h to 24h after cerebral ischemia;Compared with model group of the same time,the infarct volume of each treatment groups were decreased( P <0 05或 P <0 01).Conclusion:Through regulating the content of interleukin 8 in brain of focal cerebral ischemia rats and reducing infarct volume,Zhongfengkang could protect focal cerebral ischemia rats effectively.
