摘  要:高校辅导员在大学生思想政治教育和日常管理中起着举足轻重的作用,为了适应新时期高校学生工作的需求,必须加强高校辅导员队伍建设。加强高校辅导员队伍建设,应坚持“以人为本”,通过提高辅导员综合素质、建立严格科学的选留制度、建立健全辅导员工作目标考核体系、优化必要的工作生活环境、加大转岗分流力度等途径,调动辅导员的积极性、主动性、创造性,建设和保持一支素质过硬、结构合理且相对稳定、高效精干的辅导员队伍。 The instructors in universities play a decisive ro le in the ideological and political education and daily management of the undergrad uates.In order to meet the demand of university students' management work in thi s new era,we must reinforce the cultivation of the instructors in universities.U pholding the principle of human-orientation,we should utilize such means as up grading the overall quality of the instructors,drawing up strict and scientific rule s of selection,establishing and amplifying the assessing system of the instructo rs'work target,improving necessary working and living conditions,increasing the momentum of separating the instructors from their posts and their post transfer and the like,so as to stimulate their initative and creativity.All these will co ntribute to the developing and maintaining of a stable and rationally-built gro up of instructors with high quality and high efficiency.
