摘 要:专科学校的学生求学层次的愿望远远高于现实 ,他们思想、心理压力增大 ,部分学生情绪受挫 ,悲观失望 ,表现出一种无奈、无为的心境。作为专科学校的“思想道德修养”课 ,在教学过程中就应及时了解、把握学生的思想动态 ,注重调动学生的主体意识和参与意识 ,多渠道、多途径提高大学生思想道德修养 ,使教学更具针对性、实效性 ,使学生更快地适应、更好地发展。Teachers training schools are the bases for training teachers for secondary schools. The qualities of their graduates will directly determine the quality and development of basic education. In recent years, because of the increasing number of new students, more and more middle school students can receive higher education. However, it is a fact, compared with other universities, these teachers training schools are not satisfying. What' s more, students in many of this kind of schools have unpractical expectations which become a psychological burden for them. Some of them are greatly disappointed or even depressed, and became idle. In this case, teachers of moral education should take students psychological problems into account, try to know more about their thinking, and try their best to help them solve these problems, which might make this course practical and effective.
