摘　　要：文章基于对农村协会合作的调查,勾勒了当前农村协会合作快速发展的现象,分析了“协会———农户”合作关系,应用博弈论基本原理和方法,分析协会合作存在的问题和单边“履约欺诈”动机,对于反映违约率高的现象给出“协会———农户”合作的模型,作出理论解释。从理论的角度分析农村协会合作的产生、发展和变迁,阐述了农民选择协会合作的理由,提出引导农村协会合作再调整的内容和方式。研究表明,协会合作“囚徒困境”比较容易发生在合作的初始阶段,但农村协会合作最终可能走向导入完善和成功的路径,其中必须特别注意把握制度一般原则与具体情感契约之间的联系与区别,寻找沟通基础,通过共同信念的塑造来引导农村经济合作。Based on an investigation to rural association cooperation, this article depicts a current phenomenon of the fast development of rural association cooperation, analyzes a cooperative relationship of association peasant households, the existing problems and the motive of unilateral contract fraud in association cooperation by the basic principles and methods of game theory, and gives a theoretical interpretation and a model of association households cooperation as against a reflection of high-rate phenomenon of contract-breaking. It is demonstrated that, at its initial stage of association cooperation, a convicts predicament is more easy to happen, but rural association cooperation will, at last, probably be lead to a perfect and successful way. It is extremely notable to understand the relationship and difference between general principle and concrete emotion contract, to look for the foundation for communication, and to instruct rural economic cooperation through a configure of a common conviction.
