奥系西门塔尔种公牛与母牛血液、被毛、乳和精液中几种微量元素含量的分析

摘　　要：从奥系西门塔尔牛群中选公母牛各3头,检测被毛、全血和乳中Fe、Cu、Co、Mn、Zn与Se的含量;还检测3种公牛(16头次)精液中Co、Mn、Zn和Se的含量。将测定值与日粮的微量元素含量进行综合分析看出,该牛群日粮中Mn含量明显不足,Cu、Zn略欠,Fe和Se足够。被毛中微量元素含量是衡量牛微量元素营养的较好指标。Six bulls and cows were selected out from the cattle herd of Simmental to detect the contents of Fe, Cu, Co, Mn, Zn and Se in hair, whole blood and milk. The amounts of Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn and Se in semen of stud bulls (16 head-times) were also determined. Trace element nutrition was analysed comprehensively with the values of trace elements in both animal product and diet. The resuts showed that the content of Mn, in diet of this cattle herd was inadequate, Cu and Zn in diet were slightly low, and Fe and Se were enough to meet the needs of animal. It is necessary to add Cu, Mn and Zn to the cattle herd properly. The contents of trace elements in hair is a better indication in showing the condition of trace elements provided to bulls and cows.
