摘  要:蛋鸡对日粮食入量、代谢能和蛋白质的需要与环境温度呈负相关。高温时,提高日粮碳水化合物含量作为采食量减少的补充能量,对保持蛋鸡高产能力无益。在25℃以内,蛋白质的需要量随温度的上升而减少,但高蛋白日粮对维持高温下的产蛋量有良好作用。气温在30℃以上,每鸡每日代谢能食入量应在240~260千卡,蛋白质16~18克。在试验温度和生产条件下,蛋鸡对代谢能量(ME)和蛋白质(CP)需要量与环境温度的数学公式分别为:ME(kcal/bird·day)=(177.38-2.42T)W_(kg)+3.65△Wg+2.1E_gCP(g/bird·day)=(0.4829-0.005376T+0.0001265T^2)Feed intake and requirement of metabolic energy (ME) and protein of laying hens were negative correlation to ambient temperature. Tbere was no benefit for maintaining high laying performance if hen was given high-energy cereal ration to compensate its energy inadaquacy caused by the decrement of feed intake at high temperatures. Protein requirement decreased as temperature increased when temparature was below 25℃, but high-protein ration was beneficial to laying maintenance. ME intake should be 240 to 260 kcal/bird·day, and crude protein intake 16 to 18 grams/bird·day when temperature was above 30℃. Under experimental temperatures and production,the mathematical equations for estimating ME (Y1) and CP (Y2) requirement of laying hens were. Y1 (kcal/ bird·day)=(177.38-2.42T)Wkg ℃ 3.65AWg ℃ 2.1Eg and Y2 (g/bird·day)= (0.4829 -0. 005376T ℃ 0.0001265T2)Eg, respectively.
